Order Return / Exchange Policy Once an order has been delivered to you but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 7 days after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:
Incorrect article quantity. Color and design differs from the displayed product. Size and dimensions of the article are different than as communicated.
If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
Alternatively, you can bring in the product to our outlet, along with the original invoice.
The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.
Top Notch Seller PTE LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission. If your order is canceled, you will be refunded your amount. For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Top Notch Seller PTE LTD shall refund you your amount through bank procedure, after deducting 3.5% bank charges, which may take up to 30 working days. Cash refund is only applicable for COD purchases in Karachi. You can visit our outlet and claim your refund. Please note the refund amount will be transferred after deducting any delivery costs that JB Saeed Studio has incurred.
Top Notch Seller PTE LTD will not entertain any refunds/exchanges after the above mentioned time frame.
Items purchased on sale/promotion will not be returned/exchanged.
Items purchased on instalments can not be returned/exchanged.
Refunds can take upto 30 working days, alternatively you can opt for store credit, which can be done immediately and be redeemed at your will.
